Dispatch & Delivery

Monday to Friday

Orders made Monday to Friday before 10am each day may be dispatched the same day. Delivery arrival depends on the shipping rate you choose (Standard or Next Day).

For urgent orders, we handle on a case by case basis but feel free to reach out to us via Whatsapp.

Weekend deliveries

We are not doing weekend deliveries at the moment. Do reach out to us if you have an urgent order and we will do the best we can.

Orders aren't processed on Saturday or Sunday, and deliveries aren't made on Sundays. Everyone needs their rest, after all!

Any orders placed at the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Overseas Deliveries

For orders to Malaysia, we charge a flat rate of $15. Any excess payment made to us will be refunded to you if we are able to find a cheaper shipping service.

For the rest of the world orders have a flat rate of $35 (include $10 shipping fee). Any excess payment made to us will be refunded to you if we are able to find a cheaper shipping service. If your parcel exceeds the shipping fees, we will drop you an email informing you of the changes in delivery charges for your confrimation before processing your order.

Refunds & Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how the return will be initiated. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

3. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
