Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened pet food, supplements, treats, grooming products, or any used items unless they are defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how the return will be initiated. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
